These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the boldstrategist website and services provided by boldstrategist Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus with registration number HE823465. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and boldstrategist Ltd.

All fees are quoted in Euros and are subject to applicable VAT. Late payment may incur interest charges as permitted by Cyprus law.
All intellectual property rights in materials created by boldstrategist, including but not limited to architectural plans, designs, reports, and documentation, remain the property of boldstrategist until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use the materials for the specific project for which they were created. This licence does not permit reproduction or use for other projects without written consent.
The boldstrategist name, logo, and website content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without express written permission.
boldstrategist operates in accordance with professional standards applicable to construction planning services in Cyprus. We maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance and comply with relevant industry codes of practice.
Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, particularly regarding planning permission approvals or construction costs, as these depend on factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus law, boldstrategist's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or construction delays not directly caused by our negligence.
This limitation does not affect liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Clients agree to indemnify boldstrategist against claims arising from: (a) inaccurate information provided by the client, (b) client's failure to obtain necessary permissions or approvals, (c) modifications to our recommendations made without our consent, or (d) client's breach of these Terms.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our professional relationship. This obligation survives termination of services and continues for a period of five years.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms specific to individual projects are detailed in service agreements.
Upon termination, clients remain liable for fees for services provided up to the termination date. boldstrategist will provide completed work products upon receipt of payment for services rendered.
boldstrategist may terminate services immediately if clients breach these Terms or fail to make required payments after reasonable notice.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, or public health emergencies.
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns about our services. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Cyprus courts and governed by Cyprus law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.
These Terms, together with individual service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and boldstrategist regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
boldstrategist reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes affecting existing service agreements will be communicated directly to affected clients.
